Our Policy on Selling Personal Information

21st Century Lending, a division of Full Realty Services, Inc., does not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration.

Because we do not sell personal information, there is nothing to opt out of with respect to the sale of your data. However, we recognize your right to be informed of this practice and to submit requests regarding your personal information under applicable law.

Your Rights as a California Resident (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

  • Right to Know: Request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, and how it is used and shared.
  • Right to Delete: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions required by law or necessary to complete transactions or provide services.
  • Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
  • Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. As noted above, we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: You may request that we limit our use of sensitive personal information to purposes permitted by the CPRA.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.

We collect the following categories of personal information in connection with our mortgage lending services:

  • Identity Information: Name, address, Social Security number, email address
  • Financial Information: Account numbers, credit score, income, assets, and debts
  • Protected Classifications: Racial or ethnic origin, marital status, sex, veteran or military status (as required for regulatory compliance)
  • Commercial Information: Records of property, products or services obtained or considered
  • Internet Activity: IP address, browser type, pages visited on our website
  • Professional/Employment Information: Employer, position, years employed

You may also designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. We may require written authorization and identity verification before processing your request. If you have granted power of attorney pursuant to California Probate Code sections 4000–4465, standard authorization requirements may not apply.

To protect your personal information, we will verify your identity before processing any request. We will ask for:

  • First and last name
  • Email address used in connection with our services
  • Contact telephone number
  • Date of birth
  • Current residential address (including city, state, and ZIP code)

Please note: We do not collect information from individuals under 16 years of age and are unable to process requests from such individuals.
