Alex Jasso’s passion for real estate was cultivated in a family where the industry was more than just a career—it was a shared passion. This early exposure ignited his interest, leading him to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Real Estate Finance and Law from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.

During his academic journey, Alex was elected as Senior Director of the Real Estate Association, a role that not only honed his leadership skills but also provided him with invaluable hands-on experience by working alongside hedge fund managers, commercial debt brokers, and investment bankers. With years of industry experience under his belt, Alex’s focus gradually shifted to residential mortgage lending.

As one of the youngest loan originators in the company, he has cultivated a fresh approach by skillfully aligning clients with the best loan products tailored to their distinct financial goals, while also empowering his community with critical knowledge of available programs and the long-term potential of building diverse real estate portfolios. As a Loan Officer, Alex’s deep understanding of both agency and non-agency products allows him to navigate complex qualification hurdles with ease, often securing approvals where others may fall short. His approach is centered on identifying and addressing key obstacles that can impede financing, offering creative and customized solutions to ensure clients are able to move forward with confidence.
